Kazakhstan increases output

“For 5 months of 2018 the oil and condensate production amounted to 37.7 million tonnes, up 6.4% compared to the same period of 2017. At the same time, oil production on the three major projects comprised 22.7 million tonnes, including 5 million tonnes on the Kashagan field, 12.5 million tonnes on the Tengiz field, 5.2 million tonnes on the Karachaganak field”, First Vice Minister of Energy Makhambet Dosmukhambetov said at the Cabinet meeting of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

“30.6 million tonnes of oil went for export. The volume of oil products output at the three oil refineries amounted to 4.4 million tonnes, up 1.5% compared to the same period of 2017”, Makhambet Dosmukhambetov said.
